This dedication has led to us holding a strong reputation and a major presence within the bituminous spray seal and asphalt paving industry across NSW.

Spray Seal

Our core business is bituminous spray seal, carried out to R106 or the relevant specification. We provide a full range of C170 hot sprayed Bitumen products including all AMC products, emulsions, rubber seals and poly modified binders. We have the technical ability to offer all Seal designs, completed in house, to the relevant specifications.

Our customers commonly use spray seal for the following treatments:

  • Final wearing courses
  • Re-seal
  • Otta seals
  • Primer seals
  • Flush seals
  • Primer binders (waterproofing and reflective cracking absorption purposes)

Asphalt

All Pavement Solutions dedicated in-house capability offers a considerable selection of some of the most innovative, effective products and treatments in the industry. Pre-qualified with TfNSW as a A2 F10 service provider, our services include:

  • Asphalt delivery
  • Asphalt and binder testing
  • Road maintenance services
  • Project management (of all services associated with road activities)
  • Coordination of pavement milling, traffic control and line marking.

Crack Seals

APS offers crack seal – a cost-effective solution for protection of the pavement interface and capping of pavement cracking to combat further degradation due to the ingress of moisture and environmental / loading factors. This option also provides benefit in repair of aged and damaged pavements, whether they be flexible or rigid, based on the degree of degradation.
